What is your favorite thing about national service?

"I have already served a year with AmeriCorps M4A and loved it so much that I volunteered to do another year. I love being a part of the community and helping the elderly. It’s very rewarding and I will always try to find a way to volunteer in the future."

What is your favorite thing to do when you aren't serving?

"My favorite things to do when I’m not serving are line dancing and performing with a dance group at functions. My husband and I are also members of the Christian Motorcycle Association and help raise funds for different needs."

What is your favorite snack?

"My favorite snack is Doritos Chips and salsa, ice cream I like later in the evening."

What is your favorite soda?

"I love diet cokes!"

What are your plans after AmeriCorps?

"I plan to continue to volunteer at my local senior center and at our new hospital after my year is up with AmeriCorps."
